I  started the personal budget account at home then finished the spreadsheet in class. Printed the spreadsheet showing the formulae. started another document about tax preparation, moved a row using the cut and paste icon.used borders and colour to highlight the document.Printed the document showing the formulae.Need more practice on the fuctions and formulae.

Printed the spreadsheet for monthly out goings. Added an extra row for the heading put a box around high lighted and merged and centred to enhance the document. Changed to formulae and printed a copy. Used a icon called set print area so that it would print to one page. printed out another document to show the formulae.
Excercise Two. started to look at the data for the spreadsheet.

Power Point printing

I added the transitions to the power point slides i had created. Printed the slides and the hand outs in outline view.
opened up spreadsheets and did a petty cash spreadsheet for a company.

Created a slide with a graph which was quite challenging trying to find how to change to super script, need to practise that skill used the smartart graghic and inserted pictures  into it. Added another slide as a table showing different hotels of interest to the public.

Power Point and master slides

Created a master slide for my presentation on the subject i choose. Applied a background design, a suitable font size and style. an image,footer with slide number.

Printed tri fold booklet, survey,and quiz.

Put the finishing touches to my tri fold booklet and printed it. I was very pleased with it. had an online survey for Yale college answering questions about our adult learning experience with the courses.we filled in a quiz to see how many health and safety risks we could see in the picture of an office.

Info about Subject for my Tri-fold booklet

On January 31st in class. I had chosen  Spain as my subject, knowing a great deal about the Costa Brava and Costa Maresme region, i found out some more information on the internet about that region, to start composing my Tri-fold booklet. Found some good images to add to the tri fold booklet.
